E-3 developed and prepared an Electric Vehicle Charging Station (EVCS) Infrastructure & Deployment Plan for Wayne County, NY, that identified approximately 25 locations throughout the County for the potential installation of Level 2 (AC) and Level 3 (DCFC) EVCS.
